The Library and Map Collection of the Institute

The Library and the Map Collection of the Institute of Cartography has many books (5000), atlases, maps (more than 8000 pieces) and some earth and celestial globes. The Library also preserves the BSc, MSc and PhD thesis from the past.

The collection of the Library focuses on cartography, geoinformatics, geography, geodesy and maps. Our collection is open for the students of the ELTE University.
